Product information & Care

To take best care of your products and letting them last a lifetime please follow these washing instructions:

  • We recommend turning your shirts inside out before you wash to get the best wash resultsMachine-washed cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Do not add bleach

  • We recommend air drying. Do not dry in direct sunlight to prevent fading

  • Can be tumble dried on a low cycle

  • Use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print

We care about the “green economy” and sustainability in business. We print each shirt at order and  that makes it possible to reduce inventory and waste, allowing us to concentrate on building the best product. All of our products are sourced from eco-friendly suppliers.

For DTG products, we use kornit Water-based and Neopigment inks that are Oeko-tex certified, which means they are safe to print on clothing and reduce environmental waste.

All items in our catalog are free of animal products. All products are made of organic cotton; they are also PETA-Approved Vegan.

Payments &Return

Melted Walls provides instant services and all the items are customized and unique. Therefore, the order can not be cancelled once the status is changed to [In Production] , and we do not provide return and replacement services for the fulfilled items. We assure you that all products sold on Melted Walls are of good quality. 

The order can not be cancelled once the status is changed to [In Production] , and we do not provide return and replacement services for the fulfilled items. Once purchased our factory receives the confirmation of your order and start printing, you therefore CANNOT cancel the order. The reason is that customized products cannot be sold to another customer. For sustainability concerns, we don’t provide return services except for some special conditions.

Shipping

Our fulfillment centers are located in China, and all of our products are shipped from Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

We use several different types of packaging, selecting the most appropriate option based on the product type. Extra care is taken to ensure maximum protection of fragile products.

Clothing:
We use high-quality poly bags and cardboard boxes in various sizes for larger orders.

Accessories:
Waterproof poly-mailer bags are used for soft products, such as face masks or socks. If required, padded mailer bags are used for extra protection. Phone cases are shipped in padded envelopes or recyclable cardboard shippers.

The shipping rates and times depend on the customer end address. We use fixed shipping rates for each product category and we provide several alternatives in some regions. Whether you’re racing against the clock with an urgent shipment or have time to consider a wider range of delivery options and prices, we have you covered.

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:

2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, etc.)

2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Please note:

  • Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

  • Our fulfillment averages don’t account for the time an order might be put on hold.

  • Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days.

 

We usually take 2-3 business days to create products. You should add the shipping times on top of that. All our current fulfillment times are within 7-15days.
